My name is Mel Wiersma and I am teaching New Entrants in a medium sized Primary School in Auckland.
I previously worked in schools that encouraged flexible learning spaces and timetables, before being a foundation staff member at a MLE school.
I am currently working in a school that has a more traditional view of learning spaces and approaches.
I am trying to slowly push myself and my class back towards the flexible approach.
I have 4 ipad minis, 1 teacher laptop & Activboard. The iPads are not connectable to the internet within the classroom.
This will be my way of keeping track of my journey and working to push me forward.
